I swapped my drives from inboard to outboard and didn't change the X at all and my slip was still only 7%, at a much slower speed. So I don't think it is that far off.

We pulled the drives & motors on Saturday so we'll be down for just a short time .. Last time someone told me short time it was 6 mos CHIT :D:D
