Cigarette or Outerlimits?

Either way- you can't go wrong. Personally, the Cigarette is alot nicer looking, but the Outerlimits has the Ilmors.........tough decision for sure! In this case- I would take the Cigarette.

Two great looking rides...
Not crazy of the "grab your buddies nutsack" seating in the Cig but I would not get Ilmors for fear of re-sale not having standard engines

I think it would really depend on how you are going to use the boat. If you are going to be kicking around Ky Lake with the family and friends the Cigg would be much more user friendly. But if you are going to do a decent amount of Poker runs the much faster GTX with the secure seating might be the way to go.
The Drawback of the Cigg to me would be that middle bolster. The bolster would be a show stopper for me. If I were looking for a 39TG it would have to be one without the side by side front bolster.
The Drawback to the OL would be bravo drives behind high torque 700 hp engines. If you do like running Poker Runs I don't know how reliable that set up would be. But at some point they are suppose to come out with their own drive.
Both are beautiful boats. Good luck.

My self I like this one, http://www.offshoreonlyclassifieds.c...o17657-en.html, but you always seem to have great looking clean boats.

That's funny because i would get the OL partially BECAUSE of the Ilmor 710s! LOL More of a custom engine than the 525s sure but that's what its all about. Being different than the guy next to you. As for resale what the cost of a 710 vs. the 525???
to be honest you really can't make a decision until you seatrial both. I'm all for the speed and sit-down personally.

...you're killing me.
Go OL....
You had a great 38 Cig with 525's...it didn't hold you attention for too long. I know the 39 is different but enough difference I don't think so.
Do the OL - you loved the Donzi and this boat will run over 100mph without breaking a sweat. But -you will not be able to flip the OL as quick as you like eight months from now.

Cigarette. The name and the motors will help resale. I can not knock the OL but until I started getting into this sport more I had never heard of OL. Everyone and their mom has heard of Cigarette. Also, the merc power is a plus. I am not crazy about the side by side seating in the cig but the cig will be much easier to use in a day of boating.
