Marylandmark.. you are a class act.
To all OSO.. I read many posts about some guy is an azz'hole... some guy needs some help.. etc.. etc.. OSO as a group, helps out people in need..
When something needs to be said,, I will say it.. Individuals need to get some recognition as well.
Several months ago I was looking for some prop help, and props to try. Thanks for all the help..
Mark was kind enough to lend me a couple of props. Now… I never met this guy…only a few phone calls.
He sent me several props to try. No deposit.. no questions.. no assurance for getting the props back or getting paid.. Just my word.
My boat was totaled a few months ago so the prop issue ended. I sent the props back, but due a shipping snafu the props are in UPS land.. they are lost… somewhere.. (Tieg got it,, ??) it’s being tracked down.
But.. Mark never complained.. not one harsh word… not one negative comment .. just a class guy understanding life’s predicaments.
Thanks Mark… We need all the “Marks” like him we can get.

I have talked with Mark about Concepts and I will agree he is what makes a boating community like family, he is a stand up guy and I don't think he ever had a harsh word to say.

i agree but you still need to protect yourself.

had another bullet owner ask what i wanted for my old dash panel. told him nothing except shipping cost. spent an hour cutting up boxes and tapping the thing up and $32.00 in usps cost. claims he never got it:rolleyes: its not the time or money, its the principle of doing a stranger a favor and getting burned. hope he reads this thread. asswipe..

What is your hidden agenda? Mark is a stand up guy who will make things right! You just need to be patient - Mark's been through a lot lately. I bought a plastic through-hull fitting from Mark once, only cost me $75 - and he threw in a free tee shirt. I'm sure he'll make it right!
