I don't think I could live there. I'd be boating every day instead of working!

And perfect for a 29 Outlaw too

Yeah...lived in that area for 18 years and miss it most during the winter months. You can't have it too bad in Nevada??

Merritt Island kicks ass. I rode a bike thru there last month. I couldn't deal with that salty slime/dew every morning though.

The salty/slime dew is only on the beach side, (cocoaBeach, Cpae Canaveral, Satellite Beach, etc), where the surf is constantly putting salt water mist in the air. When I moved here in 1990, I lived on Cocoa beach for a month, (Co. Relocation package!) and every morning, all the retirees would get up and run their cars thru the rinse rack. On MI, we don't have that problem.

I guess compaired to MI in the winter we don't have it too bad here! I can boat all year long although it can get a bit chili. Today's low is about 30 but will warm up to mid 50's and witht the sun, will be pretty nice. Just hard to get used to all the dirt and rocks with no green and only Lake Mead for water. This is what we call a nice beach on Mead!

BF,
It's funny, Lake Mead is on the top of my list, of lakes to boat on, when we win the Lotto and we go boating all summer long, all over the US!
