around 1999 to 2001, 500 EFI or maybe 496 HO, but certainly not smaller engine

Hi ..... I have a 2000 27 with a 600 Cu Inch Chevy Big Block (naturally aspirated) and a complete Imco Xtreme Upper and Lower Outdrive. All professionally built with receipts. I have a '94 with big power 95 mph. IMCO drive with shower all white dash with all gauges red trim bezels trim on the wheel. Really nice. US 1 graphics

I had a 98 with 502 EFI and the boat did not ride good at all and if you wanted to go anywhere forget it, the tank to small for the boat.

I would rather instead look at the 29 Fountain.

I have a 1997 that is as good as new. It has new Fountain interior, brand new 509 cid motor approximately 650 hp. The outdrive was rebuilt a couple of years ago. The boat is in excellent condition. Please call me for more info. 301-370-1401 Jay

He wasn't asking for suggestions on other boats. He is looking for a 27 Fountain. Seems simple.

anyone comparing an baha /outlaw to fountain needs to be educated !! ive road in a baha and felt like a hollow canoe i think they weigh like 150 pds or something :cool-smiley-027: oh yea and they go like 55 downstream

I guess it was the one that I had, just did not enjoy the boat, several disappointments. I thought it was a great boat also but after owning one, wish someone had told me the down side to them and would have 10k back in my pocket.

I agree the gas tank is way to small. Seemed like I was always putting gas in mine. Put a blower on top, then the tank became really small.

other than the tank size, I had no issues with my 27.

Yea I got a 2001 Fever w/ 500efi with nearly every option you can get on it, I am not sure what your wanting to spend but we have been considering selling her. I will post some pics tomorrow.

I've seen it on OSO. Nice boat. narowing down choices... needs to have the windshield with the frame, not the plexi glass. Needs to have cabin, and 27 embroidery on seats and something on the sun pad... getting closer now...

Well if you'd be interested in a very nice 2000 - 29 Fever with twin 350 mags...I know it's not the size or motor combo but you won't find a cleaner boat...

How fast with those engines?

I don't know that the 27 fever typically has anything on the sun pad, but I know that there is the "27" embroidered on the seats.

Sorry I havent gotten any pics up yet, ours is the Stealth Graphix purple, yellow, Lipstick, yes our seats are embroided 27 and logo, the engine hatch is the circular lightingbolt (looks sweet) we also have purple matching bezels, purple steering wheel, and the "White Out package" so all the rails, dash, hatches, and throttles are white. Again we ordered her with almost every option you could, Oh we also have a Aluminum Dual axle trailer with brakes that would go with her, or maybe not??:evilb:

opps, ours is a Classic, with the smoked plexiglass, we didn't like the winshield too hard to climb over.

I have a 1999 that was sold new in 2001 27 Fever with 502 Mag and CMI's 158 hours for sale.

Many extras.

Very clean. Always stored in a metal building with the cockpit cover and a full custom sunbrella cover on.

My avatar is an actual pic of the seatbacks.

Trailer has new aluminum wheels, new tires, new stainless rotors and calipers and LED lights and now a spare aluminum wheel and hub assembly.
