Now before all you guys tell me to do a search, let me tell you I have done that but still sketchy on where to buy... any advice??

Maybe he meant to search for pirelli flooring. It looks exactly the same, only rubber.

How long have you had yours Steve? What do you think of it? Is it a pita to install? Would you put it down in place of carpet? Thanks

been using it for several years now in 2 different boats (both came with carpet). love it. easy to clean and easy of the feet. never installed it myself but it cant be that difficult. make a cardboard pattern. apply the correct glue to BOTH the flooring and the floor. dont try to install below 65.
