E-dock, could a fellow OSOer get some help...

Blee, and crew,
Does anybody know these gentlemen, Mrrrs. Jim Scott, Bert Swayer, or Doug Spunuagle from Flight Safety International, (FSI) there in Tulsa? They are in contracts/Program Management, and I'm trying to schedule some meeting time with guys about doing some subcontracting work for FSI, (especailly since I'm without a program to work on:() but we aren't haveing any luck getting our foot in the door.
Any help/info would be greatly appreciated!:D
