My father passed over 15 years ago and I know thw pain that you feel

The loss of a parent/friend/mentor is excruciating.

When you are feeling low and then feel even worse because you cant talk to him because he could always put some cheer back in your life turn your thoughts to all of thse good times you had with him and remembrer he is looking down and smiling because he also has those memories

Very well put. I lost my father 6 years ago. There is not a month goes by that, in some way, he lets me know he is still looking out for me. It may be a strangers's eyes, profile, walk or laugh.

Sorry to hear this. I know how you feel. I lost my father in 1979 and I still miss him and think of him every day.
