Need a job / project
 

Well… we all know the economy sux. I need some OSO help. I’m a General Contractor / Consultant in Florida. Licensed and insured. My upcoming project is canceled. Miami office project, so I need work.
Anyone need any type of Construction? Specially commercial/industrial. Warehouse, marinas, hangars, office buildings, banks, shopping/retail structures?

I wish you would have posted this a couple of weeks ago.I just hired a company from Lauderdale to do a project for me in Panama City.I actually just flew in a hour ago to get the project started tomorrow.I may have a few more small project coming up so maybe we should talk.

Me to. A couple of weeks ago I was getting permits for the Miami office, thena few days ago.... poof.
I used to live just North of Ft. Lauderdale. I also do consulting, should you need any "unbiass" info..

Do you have a GC license? I know there are more than a few projects here in Orlando. If I knew this about a week ago I would have put you in contact with my father in law, he just started working with a GC on a few projects.

I have a CGC license. No limit construction and can do all types and sizes. The office project in Miami was sudden.
I will check into Orlando area also.

The lakes are a bit small for my OS interests.. :)

Speaking of construction, if you guys know of anyone that needs concrete floor resurfacing or industrial floor coatings let me know. Things are getting slow and I'm gettin nervous.

If your interested, I'm ready to start an addition on my house in Pompano. Prints are done and permitting is in to the city just need a good GC or I'll continue as an owner builder.

I want to do that kind of flooring in my new garage in NY. Got any tips or suggestions. Its about 3000 sq ft
