All I can say is some people take things a little far here on OSO. I talked with califkid on the phone the other day and I can assure you Jim Darr was not his name. He does also own a BT. I maybe wrong but I hope I'm not!

Seems like a lot of businesses operate the same way. If you give them most or all your money up front they are not very responsive to your demands. They move on to the next customer or job (cash source) and put you on the back burner. I've found that money is the only leverage you have.

This thread has now gotten off track as most do.
Every now and then customers have problems with builders and builders also have problems with customers. The problem goes both ways, sometimes no matter what you do, each other will not be satisfied. |
