2 diff size cresent wrenches
flathead,phillips head screw drivers
allen wrenches
spare prop(solid hub)
zip ties
jump box
Screw clamps
pliers
fuel filter
impeller
spare jets
neddle/seats
thats about it

cell phone, anchor and a small tool kit. if shi*t looks busted i call and get rescued.

glass dave has a good process. I have a soft sided bag. whenever I work on the boat I work out of the bag and add as needed within reason. Always duct tape. A big bottle of Bacardi in case I need to share.
