Rules At 70

There are no rules,I can do or say what I want and I have an implied license to do this.I'm sure that my co-workers who try to control me at various boat shows can attest to this.

Wheelchair Races.

i don't do them anymore as WHEELSCAR banned me for using 24 volt batteries.
