Okay - how you do it. I don't want to be bland and boring. Plus where do you guys get some of your images.

On the left side of your screen you will see BB PROFILE . Click on this link to edit your profile. Then click on the Edit Options tab. At the very bottom is the Avatar section. Click on Change Avatar. You can either use one of the provided Avatars, or use a picture that is resident on your hard drive.

I've tried several times to upload a custom image. It was working last night, but has since quit. Assuming that it was due to the image size, I set it to 50x50 and tried to upload a new one. Nothing happening. Ideas?

are you guy's using .jpg files or .html files, and are they shrunk down small scale??

I actually couldnt get mine shrunk down and sent it over to milord......he shrunk it down for me to fit OSO regulations! And it was a .jpeg file i believe. :D
