Default Image Of The Week: A Case For Fountain’s Left-Hand Throttles

Artie Clark and his son, Ace, were perfectly in sync sharing the helm station of their 47-foot Fountain sportboat during last weekend’s LEOPA Thunderfest Poker Run, https://www.speedonthewater.com/imag...ttles-are-for/

Matt - you should see him dock that thing. I think there's a video on YouTube somewhere. Puts some of us to shame!

That's what I've heard. Just incredible.

Gives me hope for the future.

Great Article Matt.

The legend started at the docks the other year for sure. Or was it the mud boat several years ago ? Lololol

Doesn't get any better. I usually cringe at the picture or video's of the kids in the back scared and holding on for dear life. That picture is as good as gold. Decades from now that picture will be worth more to them than a picasso. Thanks for sharing. I agree it makes me want to buy a fountain or any boat with center controls that can be shared so I can drive it with the family being more involved.

I think he's hooked for life...god help me!

That is inspiring video to see you work with the kido like that and you can see he's not flustered and generally anticipates the movement of the boat. I never thought they could get the hang of it at a young age like that, but you've inspired me.

The sport should do more to lure in kids at a younger age.

Legend

Thanks for putting the vid up. :thumbs

Many around here (my area) talk of Ace when sitting around talking boats. And none of us have met him. Lol.

Love it
