Pretty safe to say you wouldnt hafta worry about rough water out on lake Erie with that although i'm not quite sure what kinda chiks your gonna be able to get with it .

That's one tuff machine. It would make a great ocean going cruiser with some bigger fuel tanks.

That is from the sellers page. So I am thinking why if it sells for 4.3 would the coast guard not have kept this. Or maybe cause tax $$$ are easy to come by
