:rolleyes: Ok I tried to post my pic. but image is too big in my pictures file .. how do i shrink it to 450x450 max?

If you have Microsoft Photo Editor, you can open it in there and select Image | Resize. Tell it to adjust by pixels and set the larger dimension to the range you want.
