How about Craigslist? Could be a bit of phone/leg work if looking at used stuff but occassionally there are some out of Miami that "look" new at least.

Just about all of your "economy" trailers out of Tampa are built all the same...out of the Loadmaster catalog. Biggest thing to look out for is painted instead of galvanized hubs.

I was thinking the same thing, I am stopping to look at one on the way home from work this afternoon.

Ryan,

Normally this wouldnt be a problem, but i need one in a hurry, and just dont have the cash right now, after the last 3 years of buying boat parts, and the price of fuel, and the taxman, and race season coming up, and...................

Two rear tires were brand new. This is what Carlise got me.

I recommend Goodyear Marathons for tires. I have an Aluminium Slide On (Owens and Sons). They are out of St. Pete, more $$ then Tarpon but I have been very pleased with quality.

I put Goodyear Marathon tires on my trailer last year. What a difference!!

As for the Tarpon trailer, My brother bought one and has not had any issues at all. They are the same as Nextrail as per the guy who delivered it. It has alot of options and was still priced real well.
