What scenario is worse to you guys?

Is it worse to have a day of boating planned and suddenly the weather gets sh*tty, or looking out the window knowing you're not going boating for a few weeks, months, etc?

Option 2 is worse in my opinion. Up here in Western NY I havn't been boating in months and it will be a couple more till we can. Looking out the window now we have about 12" of snow and more falling!

Ditto! The water is completley white....what does that tell you as far as how much longer before one can boat on the Great Lakes?

The great thing about living in Florida is you have 51 other weekends that could potentially be good boating weather. When I lived up in Michigan and I lost a weekend to crummy weather, it kinda added up to just losing one Twelth of my boating for the year.

Tom, you ( we ) do not have it so bad, believe me. We will be back out there in a day or so. Not sure why lately when we plan a run that we get one of these days.

This is the Gulf this morning and why we shelved todays run..... but there will be another time soon.
