Maybe Boone can park his Sea Ray behind the house in Cape Coral sitting on the patio as he writes articles fo RPM magazine while customers pull up to fuel !1

And what the HELL is Onshoreonly??

I never get involved with this BS from memebers, but it is Sat night and I am bored !!

I may be interested in speaking with him. I may have some cash soon that I am looking to put into real estate somewhere between Citrus and Pinellas Counties.

I sell properties in the Tampa Bay area, and specialize in Bank-owned. 20% off the peak pricing is pretty much the norm, on bank-owned, its more like 40%

The good ones are gone on day one, you have to be pre-approved and ready to make an offer on the spot.

After 30 days all that's left is the junk properties.
