We are looking for a distressed 3bed/3bath water access, pool, home in nice area on the west coast preferebly, thought maybe someone on OSO might know of a smoking deal or a nice area to look for a retirement home that can be bought right and have future appreciation, budget is from 175k to 250k thanks Boone

I think you will find that the Florida market has been hit just like the rest of the country. My clients are telling me price reductions in excess of 20% in a lot of areas down there. I would encourage you to give somewhat of a price range to better narrow the reccomendations that I think you are wanting. I know we have several real estate guys on board here so they can be a wealth of knowledge. Good luck.

If it's FL west coast you are looking for, OSO rockstrmkr is a RE broker on Marco Island will steer you right. His cell is 239 207 1163.

Also up in Ft Myers there is OSO Mark but I do not have his phone number. You could PM him.

Good luck,

Bob

Not sure what the fee for the site is now but when I first found it it was free. At the time it was unbelievable what was in there.
