Took the new boat out again
 

No disrespect to fellow members living up north, but we took the new boat out again. Bought a sweet 30' Scarab Sport with twin 300's a few weeks ago and took the kids for their first ride last week. They weren't keen on the loud engines. Maybe should have sprung for the 4 strokes.

Anyway, we went out again today. Pretty windy, but 85 degrees. Fork lift driver was amused when I called to splash her. He figured we were die-hard fishermen. Seas were kickin' 6-8 offshore.

Took the wife and kids out for a bite via intracoastal. They're getting used to it. We will leave kids with sitter next week and go play alone.

Just thought I'd share with everyone that I'm glad to be back on the water. look forward to hanging out this season.

Now that you've had it awhile, how does it run with 300s? What type/size props are you running?
