OSO Board God #1 on Speed channel?

Was I hallucinating, or did I see Jeffrey Chen on the exotic car rally special on Speed the other night? He was driving a charcoal-colored Lambo, and even managed to speak some intelligible words when interviewed.....

Where are they now?

(Or, at least, where is Wasabe?) :cool-smiley-026:

Was that the Supercars exposed show that also featured the low riders?

I was wondering the same thing. That was a pretty cool show.

They must have paid him to get in a Lambo. He's Cavalino blooded! :sport009:

Wasabe moved and only comes in every once in awhile.

I did not see the show, but some time back, Wasabe moved to the East Coast. She posted about it here on OSO. I think she was getting married too.

Dat wass de wun, mayn....

The workmanship on the lowriders blew me away. One guy spent 3 years painting his car - I've never seen anything like it!

Agreed, a supercar for the most part is a production item, the low riders are one of a kind.

I'm still here guys! Not active as you can see but still kickin'! :D

A friend of mine puts together alot of specialty car events and he called me to ask me if I'd be interested in being in one of the shows. Heck ... why not!

BLee is correct. I am a diehard Cavalino guy and I still have my prancing horses but the sound of the raging bull has been calling my name for some time so I had to scratch that itch! :) All I can say is that it's a heck of a car and the only Lambo I would own.

The lowriders were incredible. The guy who got divorced because of his car is the same guy who sat in my car. Very cool guy. His car spent three years in the paint shop. He said it took so long that when it was finally done he took it our for a spin without an interior. Sat on an egg crate! :D He couldn't wait any longer!

As for Wasabe ... she's still on the west coast. The east coast deal did not work out for her (yet). I saw her a month ago and she's still as good looking as ever! :)

Jeff - GREAT to hear from you!

(By the way - THAT, ladies and gentlemen is truly a "special guest appearance" if there ever was one...)

Thanks for starting it all, and baby-sitting us for as long as you did!
