I think, RG correct me if I'm wrong, the only other big employer there is a rubber hosing factory.
RG can give more details than I can. TeamBaja is the Baja endurance tester and his brother helps design the boats.

Baja has been In Bucyrus for at least 30 years,maybe longer. I was a Baja dealer I think in 1974-1976.Tough for the employees and the town.

I see a lot of post saying poor town..............poor employees. I say BS. These severance packages are usually a pretty sweet deal. Everyone I know thats gotten one could not be any more happy. I would love nothing more than to be laid off right before summer with a paycheck that covers my annual salary plus benefits.
Severance can be 1 yrs salary and bonus or it could be two weeks and kizz my azz...... Severance need's to be quantified in this case...
