If you can't find what you are looking for in that price range, which I think you should be able too, check out mine. Fits most of your criteria minus ac/gen, camper top, etc. It is set up for everything if you want a gen though. Mint condition as well. Good luck!

That's a sweet set-up but Arnesons stick out past the swim platform and clevers aren't very kid friendly (I looked into them for my 382).
and FYI Jeff, mine makes the same power as this one and suits your needs til I got to the $70-80K part!!! (that 2000 is probably over $100K too)

I have a 38 Baja for sale in the mid 60's. Has every option available gen, ac, trailer, etc. Needs the arch removed and some new graphics. Could look awesome for less then a grand. I think you have seen it before and commented. It is alot cheaper to buy a turn key boat that has never been apart or in salt and customize your graphics then redo power on something else. My .02
