If you want a real good phuckin, just go to court and let a Judge make the decision. The longer the fool takes to make their decision the worse the decision is. Most all Judges are on the take somehow and always find ways to profit from their moronic decisions.

If this happened in Alabama it can happen anywhere. The three big lakes in Virginia Smith Mountain , Lake Anna & Kerr were built to generate power and for flood control. We need to help out . Whats next Lake Mead, Havasu. The Power Company's do have alot of money but they can be beat.

Robert have you tried to work with the electric company to "modify" the bill at all? Maybe you can get them to listen to you a little if you tell them that you will be apealing the bill?

Just some ideas. I am sure you tried in the past but maybe another run at it? I am sure they are feeling rather cocky now however

Jon
