I'll see if I can round up the name of the CG officer who has helped us with my tournament last month...
Brad,
That is exactly what I was refering to. As I posted b4,
I had seen it in the news.
Later,
Pepe @ Pantera.

Please find a cite or CFR number I can refer too. The 25K is the initial and they must articulate violation of a security zone. In other words while threatening it is a warning if handeled properly. Something just does not make sense. If you can get a copy of the CG 4100 then I can decifer it.

Thanks
Brad

Freeze Frame and possibly NNRT will be there to capture all the action. This is what makes legends.

B,

Two + months later I doubt I can get copies of any of the tickets issued, but there were several. Yes, the CG does kinda shoot some major numbers at you on the citation, but they also made it very clear they are monitoring boats leaving the federal waters closely.

Since then several captains have reported getting pulled over while coming in from fishing trips. Something to do with homeland security, and I do believe there may be a new ruling somewhere that I'll hunt for also.

I emailed a friend who helped get my tournament cleared to get you some contact info, I'll keep you posted when I find out..

Great video, Ron... an all time classic.
Have you seen this one?

I found it from the one you posted. This boat gets more air than anything I have ever seen.

Looking forward to the race!

You obviously haven't seen them all.

This guy, Sammy James will be at the old racers get together, you can ask him how it felt coming back down...and this is coming back down, notice the spray from the exhaust....they were higher than this.

And Yes, Phil M....you did that shot....the BIG Question is are you going to coe out of retirement with Rich and make it complete old timers weekend.

On behalf of Steve Miklos and Adib Mastry, I would like to announce their entry into the Don Aronow Memorial Race.

Good luck to all.
