This is one way to get the job done.

1- Find the image on your hard drive you want to post
2- Right Click it, select "open with"
3- Select "Microsoft Paint"
4- You should see your picture now within the Microsoft Paint Program
5- Go to the top and click on "Image"
6- Select "Stretch/Skew"
7- For the Horizontal and Vertical values, pick a number less than 100 and stick it in both fields to evenly downsize the image.
8- Have an OSO Thread open that contains pictures
9- Compare your downsized image to the size of the images on the OSO thread... if it looks right, Save what you did (Use "Save As" and choose a new name so you don't replace the original)

That's it. :D ---- John

Hi guys and girls - you might know me as Extreme Girlie Offshore. Anyways, I liked the mugshots, but I could not help but notice that "MissAmy" altered her photo to remove several inches off her waist! Oh my God, that was so obvious. Notice how the litle rail behind her arm was removed along with the part of her body. I'm sure you're a nice person MissAmy, no offense, but I thought that was funny. Nice to try to fool everyone! I attached the same image with the area in question circled!
