Dealer for Sessa Boats?

Can anyone give me the scoop on who is the dealer or rep. for Sessa Boats now? I have heard that they pulled out of their affiliation with Passport Marine. I would not do business with Passport Marine, but if there is new representation, I would be interested in this boat.
