Agree!! Something similar happened to me twice had deposits on boats surveys pending contracts signed and they backed out. Really pizzed me off I was out all of my time and energy not as much as you had involved but enough!

I would be interested is what you were going to buy it for, since the thing sat forever at National Liquidators then finally sold, i guess was put back together and run. Hey Dreamer I had a similar thing happen. The only thing that saved me was my contract , I had them tied for 30 DAYS. Do you have paper work that states that. If you do I would say hire a lawyer and go get your boat!! Good Luck

Wow you are brave! I have family that I would not admit to having but I respect you for that! The boat was nice and I guess it got tied up in a divorce or so that is what Fred told me.

i have not spoken to him since all this started...actually it has been years....bought some tabs and a few mis. parts for a scarab back in 2005...i don't know where the boat ended up...it was for sale for a very long time though...he had some issues with my brother scott and his boat and that didn't go well and we just kind of stopped talking...water on lake cumberland looks good....the water is on the rise but looks to be pulling trash from the shoreline out...lotts of trees floatting around...sorry couldn't be more help...i'm on here all the time so say hello...
