Well.. I can afford a law suit... so that's out.
Change of schedule. The builder, just got the last part in. (way late) so it will be shipped Wednesday next week. Won't be ready for Ft. Myers run. Rigging will take 3-4 days but I plan to do the first run in Tampa Bay, after the Ft. Myers run that I might just tag along with the Ole' Formula.

BTW.. just for the record. The top speed guess should be "closest" with out going over. But since I did not clearify... 12 pack for the closest "under" and 12 for the closest "over".
