Shipping to Carribean

Anyone shipped a boat to Puerto Rico or USVI ?
I'm looking at getting a used 35 fountain in the US and getting down there somehow. Be grateful for any clue how to go about this.

cheers

I have done this both by shipping and running small boats down. To Puerto Rico trailer bridge out of JAX worked the best for me. You can then use Carribean Cargo Ships to move frieght to the other islands or ship the trailer and run the boat.

I've run back and forth between Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands more times than I can remember. Just watch the weather.

Hire Capt Brad. Take his Tres Martin school since this is your first boat and then hire Brad to drive it with you across to PR
