Default Cleaning stainless exhaust

I'm upgrading my exhaust manifolds to EMI. While I've got everything apart I'm cleaning the polished stainless Corsa Q&Q diverters. My main concern is one side of my exhaust was running hot and the Corsa lable has become crispy and stuck on real good. What can I use to take it off? I'm thinking oven cleaner maybe. What can I use to remove burn on plastic?
