Default 1989 Century Ultra One Help???

I am close to buying a 1989 Century Ultra One 23' with a 454 and a Bravo One. The boat is in mint condition with 260 hours and a brand new aluminum Load Rite trailer. How much do you think this boat is worth? Is it a good boat? Any comments or things I should know before buying? I can't find much on the history of these boats. Thanks.

Bow winds used to build them here in west michigan years ago and then sold the molds to Century. When they where called Bow winds, they made a ultra 1, 22 fot, an utlra II a 26 footer with twins and an ultra III, an 30 footer. 2 of my buddys had ultra 1's they where great boats, one had a 270 merc and the other had the 454 365 hp, that one was a little tall heavy. Good luck.
