All fuel supply lines that are used in a boat must be coast guard approved USCG type A1, SAE J1527, as a part of that they are all gasoline and alcohol resistant and permiation proof. Am I missing something or do they just have it written on the hose and it still eats away at it?

Wahoo i believe the cure for the moment is Durakene ,and with the leaky tank you will know fuel filters will clog hourly, gell will bubble and you'll be pumping the gas out that ran down the stringers with the bilge pumps ... And the gas smell will be very noticeable :cool-smiley-011:
