do you have anything in writing (email)? if nothing else, take the p rick to small claims court or maybe a letter from a pknlawyer. i know there has to be a few lawyers on the board that would volunteer their time for a fellow boater.

I called him and gave him a week to think about it and then called him back and he said FU I'm not going to do anything about it sue me. I gave the guy the option to work with me before I posted anything. I just wanted everyone to be aware before dealing with him and taking his word on anything. I would let everyone know about it if he would just make things right.

I wonder if he is going through something personal that would cause him to be so apparently beligerent. This certainly does not bode well for his future business. And rightfully so!
