So here is the latest update:
The bank manager at the Branch of Bank Of America has put me in touch with the Check Fraud Dept. who are evidently working on some type of resolution.
As you all know dealing with big corporations is like walking in molasses. I try to follow up with them at least every other day, and push them as best as I can.
I'll keep everyone informed....

Update
A few days ago we received a check for $7,500.00 from Nate thru his attorney, replacing the money he stole. Not sure what the motivation was but the upcoming trial on Sept. 3rd I'm sure has something to do with it.
With the stolen funds now replaced along with the $8,000.00 + we raised doing the run to Cancun, Jennifur's Trust Fund is once again in good shape. We are now in a position to do more for Jennifur than just pay for her tuition and books and we will be looking at that and talking to her. She is getting ready to start her 3rd semester real soon now and this is extremely good news for her.
Thank you to everyone who has contributed to help this young girl, including OSO TomA who tracked me down at the 1,000 Islands PR this weekend to make a donation. Again, thank you all.

Jeff. I am troubled by Hot Knots post as well. By his post it would appear that he was at the meeting with Nate.
The only ones present for that meeting were myself, Hans ( OSO rockstrmkr ) and John Barkley (OSO Naplesbaja ).
Hot Knots should identify himself and clear this up.
No one should be messing with a thread as serious as this one is.
