I must be farther south or farther west than she is, never heard of her (Ciesla); but that doesn't matter, this bill/law was not clearly thought through.

Ciesla is actually a guy and when they tried to put speed limits on Barnegat Bay he was one of our contacts. This bill will not only effect the Marina Owners but will effect everyone that keeps a boat at a Marina.

Rumor has it that this rule can also be imposed on private land owners. That's right folks, those that have houses on the water may also have to provide public access to the waterway.....

right now they're targeting marina's but homeowners may be next.........

I really feel for you guys, dealing with the state in NJ typically means someone is getting screwed.
