Does anyone out there have one? I love the concept but I wonder if they dont flop around and drag while getting on plane seeing my Fountain sits so ass down in the back.

I have one on the back of my boat. As far as its operation goes, it works well. It tucks up nicely and stays put. However, I boat in salt water and there are rust stains all over it and its hard to clean off...too many nooks and crannys. It seems that the design is good, but the materials leave little to be desired.
