Default IMCO SCX and SCT

Does anyone have any new information or recent experience with either of these two drives?

What motors? How'd they run compared to what you had before?

I'm looking to put a set on my 2007 36' Spectre with 625 Ilmor's. Thinking about going up in drive height -2" and getting the big shaft (#6 props). Any suggestions based on your experience with these SCX drives?

I believe they're still dialing in the 34,,no center pod and comparable beam and length to your Spectre,,,he should get you close

We're still doing our testing. We have only had the boat out one weekend so far and the conditions were less than ideal for testing. I will be doing a lot more testing this Thursday and Friday in California and then Saturday and Sunday in Havasu. I will let you know how everything goes next week. The boat is a 2009 Ultra 344 SC (34'4",10'4")with Ilmor 710s, IMCO SCX drives with standoff boxes, 1.34 gear ratio, 32 labbed Maximus props. So far I am very impressed with the IMCO SCX drives. This is the first boat built of this model, so I can't give you a comparison to any other engine and drive combos.
