I am torn on what to do, I am paying for everything out of pocket, no loans or help, I have already put 16,000 into the boat in the last 4 months. I just want to be able to use it this summer, that is why I bought it. I wish I got the boat back sooner, I just dont have time in the summer to work on my own stuff. I really dont know what to do, I know it is rare, and a great one of a kind boat. I also like that this Apache 28 does not have a storied past like most 28's I looked at before I bought this boat!

So, what would you need out of the boat as it sits? You might not have any choice but to finish it if that amount is to high as the market is down and people are not buying "projects" at a premium $$$$.
But it sounds like you have a possible buyer a few posts up!

and here I thought you were going great gunns and getting it done way faster than most have done. I kinda wondered why you didn't do the dash when it was apart. With what you have already done and with so little left to do I think you would be nuts to sell it now. Restorations usually take alot more time to come as far as you already have. Don't let the frustrations get to you now because you will be sorry later, those 28s are tough to come by and you have a good one and something that alot of us would love to have. Keep it and take your time to finish it, there is always next summer and many more to come.

Thanks Guys, I am still working on it at this time, but I feel overwhelmed by all the work I have to do to the boat and at work, I turn wrenches for a living and when I get home I'm burnt out. I love the boat and it is a hard find. I will know what I am doing by the end of the week.
