Tracking on the Water
 

Getting ready to bring the new toy up from Florida to Vermont and I want to keep a log sort of what we did when we went to the Miami Boat Show Poker Run at the end of February.

Anyway I got this Spot thingy that tracks your location every ten minutes and puts it on this web page....
Here is the link to the website with the location... Currently it spotted my house, hopefully it will work when we get going.

Kind of cool for now it's only my house!.... Of course there is an off switch!! :drink:

If all goes well we'll be leaving Florida this week end and will let this tracking thing do it's thing to see if it works...

Here is pictures of the rig and a similar one.... Wave or since we're only topping out at 35 mph take your offshore out and come share a :drink: on "the Condo"

GLH, the Daytona Poker Run is going to be running from Daytona to St Augustine along the ICW this weekend so be on the lookout for "them thare Cigar boats"

It is based at Carribean Jacks in Daytona (a Loggerhead marina). Might be a nice stopover, they have a bar and a pool and is about a 3 minute ride to Lollipops!

Wow, I just looked up your tracking info on spot, that is awesome.

Jon, do you know of another way to get to Champlain other than up the Hudson river thru NY ?? G.L. wont be in the Boston area unless his Garmin is WAY off
