Wow, Frank Flake from Fort Erie, Ontario. Your cousin and I can tell you a few stories about us growing up along the shores of the Niagara River. That was a few years ( decades ) ago ! Please say hello to Frankie for me, Tim:

Default Update

Just a bit of an update on our plans.

Terry Sobo and I are flying back to Cancun Saturday afternoon. We need to finish fuelling and prep the boat for our return Sunday to Key West. Forecast continues to look good for Sunday. Also flying in from Montreal is Pierre Savoie from APRA. I may not have computer access in Cancun but will be in touch with someone to confirm our plans. Maybe I can do that from my Blackberry which worked well in Cancun.

Don't want to get too far ahead of ourselves here as we have some work to do yet. Also it would have to wait till next year. We have a full summer ahead starting with Boyne Thunder in a month. Lets get this done first and we will see where we go from here.

Great stuff Bob. Congrats again.

I always wanted to do the Quad Cities to New Orleans run. Who's got the record now ?? Not offshore.. but a great run.

Bob,
If you need a navigator for the Chicago to Detroit run let me know. I would love to do that one. Those are my waters.

What would be cool about that run is there is a lot of OSO member that live along the way that might come out and run with you for a few miles.

Finally got a few of the pix ready.
These first ones are as we pulled into Key West from Marco Island. Legacy in her new temporary anchorage.

Default Key West Welcome Wagon

This photo needs its own thread.

As we were pulling into the marina, one of the big Sebago charter cats was just ahead of us, heading in for the day.
These three girls spotted Predator and went crazy. (Hans thinks it was his aftershave but I think it was my big lens... )
The big one on the right was especially energetic-
she was literally jumping up and down and ran back and forth from one side of the boat to the other flashing us over and over.

Welcome to Key West!

A man among mice.
SuperTerry and his prop-changing kit.
The view from the room.

I could see the boat from my balcony...
Kevin assisting Terry as he removes the bad prop.
The culprit.
