OSO Bobthebuilder to go for Key West - Cancun - Key West record ( for Jennifur)
#461
Nor-Tech flew in a couple of spare props- they got there so quick I couldn't believe it.
Here, Terry and Kevin are eyeballing the replacement prop and the broken one--
trying to determine why it wouldn't go on the shaft in a timely manner.
Terry worked his azz off trying to get that thing on, but it would not go.
Eventually, the decision was made to use the Mercury prop that Bob had.

It's late again and just before I turn the lights out, I want to thank all of my OSO friends for the kind words and encouragement. As much as possible it has always been my policy to acknowledge every post that I see that is directed to me but this is so overwhelming I am not able to do that. Be assured tho, I have read and enjoyed every post.
One more thing. Just a reminder that this event has been dedicated to a young girl that lost her family. We at OSO and our Ft Myers Offshore group are helping to put Jennifer Molter thu college. If you are interested and able to make a donation in any amount to "The Jennifur Molter Trust" as many already have, it will be greatly appreciated. See details in post number 1 of this thread.
Thank you,
Bob
