Good for Canada, it's been a while and they deserve it. Yzerman played with a sore knee and a big heart (as usual), and even though Sakic is an "Lanch", I do respect his game.

A great game by both goaltenders, too, who play each other on Tuesday evening!

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT A GAME!!!!! The whole country watched.........The whole country WON THAT GAME!!!!!, Man we were chewing our fingernails off for awhile there!!!There was so much yelling and screaming going on the cat ran upstairs and hid in the closet until I dragged him outta there clawing and gouging. It was a better game than the final score showed,When you guys killed that 2 man penalty, man we thought we were in for it, We all were shedding tears when it was over, It was good to see Gretzky let loose with some emotion after some of those goals, lord knows the wieght of a whole country was on his shoulders, you could see it in him. People are driving upandown the streets as I type this honking like crazy and hanging out of their cars.....I feel sad we had to get that Gold from you Americans, It wasnt to "beat the Americans" it was to get the gold....I would have much sooner took it from the Russians.....WOW!!!..Doug
