need a mercury outrive box

I am looking for a shipping box for a Bravo XR or Bravo 1 drive that will accomodate safe shipping of a complete drive (upper and lower). I'll pay for it and to have it shipped to me if you can help.

I tried the build it method, but it's going to put it over the 150lb max that most of the shippers have.

thanks,

Tarek

It would kind of help if you said where you are, what state, or maybe withing a thousand miles or so...

I'm in Southern California.

Do not think for 1 second that a 150lb drive in a box will survive UPS unscathed if that is your intent, we learned the hard way many years ago.

Try Dave at IMCO

Isn't that how Merc. ships them? Any other ideas?

Wrap it in an old blanket, strap it to a pallet and ship it via a LTL truck carrier.

I've shipped a couple this way and never had a problem.
