Time keeps changing

Why does the posting times keep changing every time I come here? I can set it to read correct, then it is off again next time.

The secon server was installed on Friday afternoon and we reaet the global time. The server is located in Texas. You should adjust your local times by going in to your BB Profile and edit options. Sorry for the inconvenience.
