For real though. That has got to kill an independant retailer. Just think if we got 1 free fill up in our boats.

That would kill his profits for a month.

I watched a news report, where a guy built a pump and would drive into a gas station, park over the inground tank cover, and pump the gas up into a storage tank. They caught him but I guess if your going to do it go big.:(
