That is in good shape. You can see the water beading up.
And the lifeline down the center of the boat is a perfect white. Has that been painted? I don't remember seeing any with the top of the bow painted. I would say 15k Easy. Location might be a little problem unless you would like to deliver it to Nebraska for me.:D |
Good looking boat! Good luck man, hope you get it sold! It's a tough market these days...

He also stated in the very same sentence that it was a Mag. It can't be both. Only reason I bring this up is a buddy of mine bought an older Stingray boat that was advertised as having the Mag motor (air cleaner said Mag) His engine builder found out later it was the 330 horse version and it turned into a legal hassle. Just trying to help.....
Back in 1987, the first 454 package was mated with an Alpha One drive. This was called the 454 Magnum. Mine has the original 454 Magnum flame arrestor lid. It was a 330 hp motor. This new package allowed builders of boats designed for small block packages, maximun cockpit space etc, to now offer big block power as an option.* Before this 454 Alpha combo, the only way to get a big block power was with a TRS package. The 454/Alpha package was a one year only gig. * The Bravo One drive was introduced in 1988.* The previous 454 Magnum 330 hp version was now called the 7.4 Bravo One package.* The motor that was previously referred to as the 370 (only offered with a TRS) was then mated to a Bravo and was labled the 454 Magnum of 365 hp.* Hope this helps clear any confusion but if your bud bought a 1987 454 Magnum, there was no need for lawyers to get involved. Someone did not do their homework. :party-smiley-004: Kurt |
