I have been wondering the same thing because I haven't seen any post from him. My wife and I meet up with him at Hooters in the flats and we had a couple of beers. He talked about his adventures out on the ship and how he wanted to get his 28 Cigarette going for this summer. I recall some motor work and stringer repair needed done. When we left Hooters he was going to meet some of his buddies in Mentor for a party at a hotel.
I remember that he posted thanking me for showing up and there was a few replies from some others that just couldn't make it because of sick kids, work or other obligations.
I hope all is well in his life and that trouble didn't come his way.

This topic got me wondering when the last time he posted and it was late that night/ early morning 3:11 am from a lap top acording to this thread on 12/29/2001.

Seams very strange that he would be a member from 3/28/01 with 175 post and then nothing. He even talked about going to the boat show.

At this point I hope that he just got away from the board, but now I'm wondering if something worst happened to him. :(

I am not sure how we can find him, but with all the OSO members in the Cleveland Ohio area, there must be a way! Anyone have a suggestion for an all out search?
I would still like to see him, especially at our Fun Run in June! The carity for the event is the USMC's Toys For Tots, and the local Marines will be landing!
Need help on this one. I don't have a last name to work with, but we know he lives in or near Eastlake Ohio. I the the whole board and the administrator should get involved in this. Maybe someone can start a new post to get it going!

I did a search and found a phone # and called him today. He is doing ok but has lost his access to a pc to be able to post on OSO. He is going to try and get online to say hello again. I am just relieved that nothing bad has happened to him. Strike, I'm going to send you a private email with his address ect. concerning the NY Fun Run.

hey guts Im still here:) Just lost the pc and sold my laptop to my sister which moved out of the house on me. So now I'm computerless,which I'm in the market for now.
talked to Cgarrett and he informed me of my MIA condition.

Strike: if you can mail me the forms for the NYFR this year. I'm gonna register/enter then scramble to get this hulk of fiberglass together. Need to replace Engine stringers and Transom, before I can resume working on it.But it doesn't look hopeful on completion until the fall. 4 places I looked don't want to do this work in the summertime or they want huge$$$$ to do it right now at the beginning of the season. Just gotta start saving the $$$ to get it done

Tomcat46: I plan on going up to Smoke on the water this year, with or w/o boat but was hopeful if you have 2 open seats or already have a full load. Still dreamin' about the ride of my life on the TomCat. Also couple other runs I'm considering????
