Stellings extension box question

First of all, does anybody have the phone number for stellings?

Second-what is stellings doing for a inner transom assembly when you are using their adjustable standoff box? Does it have a integral motor mount like the merc assembly?

Stelling's phone number 1-559-485-9394. The box uses the stock Bravo inner transom plate.

Hmmmmm...... Do you know how the jack shaft assembly works then? When I look at the inner assembly, I see a seal that has no allowance for the vertical movement.

The stock inner transom plate has to be modified- the center berring carrier cut out. An adapter bolts to the crank then the jackshaft then to the inside the box flange, then the drive bolts on and the shaft slides into the other side of the inside the box flange. By moving the outside box up or down 1" and the inside plate stays in the same location. I hape this makes sense.

Ok, now it makes sense. Another unbudgeted item. Any idea how big the hole needs to be opened up?

I am in process now but I think the hole is ok and on the transom plate just cut out the piece in the middle to the edge.

Do you know if it's a one-way conversion? ie would I ever be able to use the transom plate without the box or is it destroyed?

Anyone know if this number is still good?

Question two....Are all Stellings boxes adjustable or did they make a nuetral box also?

They did make a rigid box, but that kinda ignores one of the good features of the Stellings box.

You use your inner transom plate. But, if you run your box all the way up for a high X you need to cut the cross section out of your transom plate.

You can run the stellings with a solid IMCO type shaft. OR - You can also buy the shaft from Everett Performance which allows you to run a straight shaft and keep your yoke. It is essentially an extension that slides over your yoke and inserts into the rubber input.
